ENGEL victory: The benefits of the tiebar-less clamping unit
With its tiebar-less construction the ENGEL victory series offers superior through flow and is therefore perfectly suited to the exacting technical challenges of clean room production. As well as the classic, hydraulically-driven machine, there is also a hybrid series (ENGEL e-victory) with fully-electric injection unit. The benefits: Excellent precision combined with tiebar-less construction.

stability – these are the benefits that the ENGEL e-motion
machine series offers. On top of this, the machines offer low
energy consumption and minimal heat emission. This is an
important consideration especially in clean rooms where airconditioning abilities are limited.
ENGEL speed and e-motion T: For large-volume production with short cycle times
The ENGEL speed and e-motion T machine series are designed for long-term high-performance output. The “wide platen“ option is available for optimized clamping force even for high cavitation moulds. Thanks to a central hydraulic accumulator with highly-dynamic valve technology flexible dynamic movement of the injection unit and the clamping unit are supported.
ENGEL combimelt: multiple component injection moulding for innovative moulded parts with a combination of characteristics
The assembly of individual components, made of different materials or with different functions, to form a more complex component by means of multiple-component injection moulding is becoming increasingly important in the field of medical parts. The mould size typically defines the machine size. However, our tiebar-less machine series gives customers the ability to mount large moulds on small, compact machines. Equipment modules for medical production are available for all of these machines.
