Conveyor belt systems are the essential supplement for machine automation in the set up of accumulating or cooling conveyor sections after parts removal from injection moulds, but also as connections between the injection moulding machine as the central production unit and a logistics system or for the material flow system in a company. Engel develops and produces a wide range of conveyor belt systems in their in-house competence centre for automation peripherals in Kaplice. The portfolio includes special solutions and compound systems.
The conveyor belts are available in various configurations and designed for transporting moulded parts the operator side, rear side or clamping unit side. This means that ENGEL can always offer a suitable solution for moulded part handling. Adding belt and roller conveyor systems from (MISSING) puts us in a position to build a complete system with parts sourced from our own production only. Conveyor belts for falling parts that are positioned in machine beds are also part of the ENGEL product range.
In addition, a variety of conveyor belts independently of the ENGEL system are offered. Besides being deployed in combination with ENGEL injection moulding machines, ENGEL conveyor belts are also used in other fields, such as in the health and food industries. The conveyor belt design is customised in line with the requirements of the task in hand.
