electrical + insert = e-insert
The reliable e-insert vertical insert machine with improved insert part handling. Thanks to the fully electric injection unit, it guarantees maximum precision in combination with the shortest possible cycle times. With fantastic energy savings thanks to ENGEL ecodrive servo-hydraulics and automated by the new ENGEL viper 20, the new e-insert represents a powerful overall package deal.

Space-saving production of complex tubes
The new Multitube mould system produces hollow, complex parts in a single step – without the need for finishing steps such as heat sealing. Perfect interior surfaces and uniform wall thicknesses are further advantages offered by this unique space-saving multiple colour transfer technology.
LED lens on an ENGEL e-victory
The production cell comprising an electrical ENGEL e-victory and the new ENGEL viper 6 linear robot is optimised throughout for the manufacturing of thick-walled optical parts. Furthermore, it is equipped with a high-precision online quality control feature.

Petri dish production power
Improving our legacy. In line with this mission statement, the high performance, fully-electric ENGEL e-motion T sets new standards in the production of petri dishes. The basic facts: fast, energy efficient and clean machine, combined with automated take-off, quality assurance, corona treatment in the gripper, stacking and foil wrapping of the parts.
Tie-bar-less production of a two-component valve
Designed for clean room conditions, the tie-bar-less ENGEL victory combi produces a two-component valve for medical applications. Parts are taken off by a six-arm robot that uses a camera to inspect the parts and deposits them sorted by cavity. Includes a laminar flow box with the ability for "safe" evacuation of the parts from the clean room.

ENGEL automation presents: the viper family!
Maximum stability, impressive dynamics and maximum user-friendliness. The new ENGEL viper linear robot combines these abilities with a light weight. It also impresses with a variety of intelligent software features. For example, thanks to "mass identification" it identifies the gripper weights autonomously and then automatically adjusts its speed and acceleration parameters to match. The results: shorter cycle times, higher output. In short: greater efficiency thanks to intelligence.
